THREE-WAY TIE FOR NOVEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
This month for Employee of the Month, we have a three-way tie between these exceptional Lone Star employees!

Each is an asset to the Lone Star Family and proves what it is to be One Team, One Purpose, and One Family. Being at the front lines of business with our customers, they each create great impressions of impeccable customer service. They work hard and have a drive that as seen by all their peers. Shania began her career at Lone Star on August 8th, 2020 and hold the position of Service Coordinator in our Service Department.

Alfonso started his career at Lone Star on September 16th, 2019 and holds the position of Lead Technician in our Operations department.

Richard started his career at Lone Star on September 16th, 2019 and holds the position of Lead Technician in our Operations department.

YESSENIA ZAMORA VOTED HOUSTON NOVEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
Yessenia was born right here in Houston Texas and grew up in the Magnolia / Pasadena area. She went to work for Halco in the warehouse in July of 2015. In 2018 she made the move to the newly formed Engineering Department under the new regime of Lone Star Communications Houston where she has excelled.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids and at family get togethers, especially for parties. When she wants to get away with the kids, South Padre Island is the destination of choice. She also likes to watch Sci-Fi series but please don’t ask her to do the dishes. Not one of her favorite things to do. During baseball season she roots for the home team – the Houston Astros. So far Yessenia considers her biggest accomplishment passing Calculus 1, 2 AND 3 and is currently working on her associate’s degree. On top of all of that in 2013 she received her Pharmacy Technician Certification. Not sure exactly when she has time to sleep?
Since joining the Engineering Department in 2015 Yessenia has continued to meet and exceed every expectation asked of her. Her eagerness to learn and increase her responsibilities makes her a very outstanding employee. She has taken full advantage of Lone Star’s continuing education program to obtain an associate’s degree as well as CAD certification while juggling a very busy personal life. Yessenia is an extremely valuable resource to both the Houston Engineering Department and Lone Star Communications in general. To say it has been a pleasure to have Yessenia in the Engineering Department would be a gross understatement. She is an integral part of helping the Engineering Department run efficiently. In a society where too many have the attitude of ‘it’s not my job” Yessenia is a breath of fresh air, as she is a great example of a true team player . She is indeed, very deserving of this recognition .

BRIAN FRASER VOTED LSAR NOVEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
I would like to congratulate Brian Fraser on being chosen by the LSAR team as the November Employee of the Month. Brian is the Warehouse Manager in Springdale and was nominated based on his helpfulness and hard work in his new role.
