Jeffery Primm
VOTED ARKANSAS DECEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Jeffery Primm has been selected as Employee of the Month for December!!
Jeffery arrived at Lone Star Communications in Sept of 2020 as a rehire from 2014. He currently serves as our Systems Inspections Technician. He has been such a tremendous asset to our company in this department and does a wonderful job at building relationships with our customers.
He loves to cook and has won our annual chili cook-off twice now. Jeffery is married to Rebecca and is a great Dad to Zoie, Logan, and Easton. During his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Thanks, Jeffery for upholding our values: One Team, One Purpose, One Family!!

CHRIS BELL
VOTED GRAND PRAIRIE DECEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Chris Bell has been selected by the Grand Prairie team as Employee of the Month for December!
Chris started her career at Lone Star Communications on January 25th, 1999. He is a part of our Operations Department and holds the position of Director of Operations.

He has worked in many roles that include wire and cabling, AV systems, local sound, intercom, structured cable technician. Opportunity allowed his to lead projects and then manage projects. He is currently performing the role as Operations Director in Grand Prairie. Chris iss managing the largest single team in Lone Star with 36 members.
Chris lives the statement of setting his own high standard.
Chris has a passion for what is right. His passion is sometime perceived as confrontational. He is living up to his standard. He cares.
He cares about the people he serves and for those that serve him.
Working day-to-day with Chris has made me a better leader. Thank you, Chris.

JULIO TORRES

Julio started his career at Lone Star Communications on October 4th, 2021. He is a part of our Service Department and holds the position of Service Technician.

STEVEN SPANGLER
VOTED CENTRAL TEXAS DECEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Steven Spangler has been selected by the Central Texas team as Employee of the Month for December!
Steven arrived at Advanced Communications & Cabling, Inc. 2002 in the role of Technician in the Operations department and continued to climb his way to Director of Operations for LSCT in 2019. Steven is from Georgetown, Texas, He loves to hunt and fish, and loves watching Aggie football. He has raised two great kiddos and is a good husband and friend.

Marco started working for us on 6/15/19 as a technician and has moved his way up to a Lead Technician.

Finally, Marco will receive a limited-edition Employee of the Month commemorative custom coin designed by our own Cliff Switzer.
