CARLOS MELO
VOTED HOUSTON APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
Carlos Melo started as a contract technician with TradeStar Inc back in December of 2017 and was hired direct to Lone Star in August of 2018.
He has worked at Texas Children’s Hospital, Methodist San Jacinto Medical Center and worked night shift for us at MD Anderson.

Recently when Ricky Pineda transferred to the Corpus Christi office, Carlos took over Veteran’s Administration project and has been doing a really good job.

THE FUN STUFF
Carlos will receive a gift set from behind door #56 in Ron’s office and we will add his name to the plaque in the front lobby alongside the other 2022 Employees of the Month (Joel Orellana, Cris Ortega, Andrew Muller).
Finally, Carlos will receive a limited-edition Employee of the Month commemorative custom coin designed by our own Cliff Switzer.
LOUIS THOMPSON
VOTED ARKANSAS APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
I would like to congratulate Louis Thompson on being chosen by the LSAR team as the Employee of the Month. Louis was nominated based on his performance doing whatever he can to help generate sprinkler sales and being a team player. He was mentioned as being selfless and motivated to do whatever it takes! We appreciate Louis’s attitude and his kindness. He’s the type of person we want in front of our customers representing our company. Thank you Louis for standing out and going above and beyond to help the customer and Lone Star.
Louis also runs and participates once a year in a Lift Against Leukemia fundraiser in honor of his best friend Blake.
Louis will receive an EOM certificate signed by Kevin and a $50 gift card.

Alatrae started her career at Lone Star Communications on September 13, 2021. She is a part of Corporate Services and holds the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Donald started his career at Lone Star Communications on January 10, 2022. He is a part of Operations and holds the position of Warehouse Assistant.

She helped me with my onboarding process and was very kind.

Ramiro Gonzalez

Here are some comments from some of his coworkers.
Ramiro always makes it a point to be on time regardless of the situation or location.
When asked to work late or come in early to get a task completed, he does so with no question and no complaints.
He has done a wonderful job with taking care of customers' inventories, so much so that we are looking to make his methods our golden standard at various BSW locations.
Ram’s customer service and relations are amazing.
His rapport with our BSW clients has been commended on many occasions.
True service with a smile!
Ram can always be depended on to assist with all BSW field issues and is consistent with favorable resolutions.
