CHET CHILCUTT
VOTED LSAR JANUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
Congratulations to Chet Chilcutt on being chosen by the LSAR team as the January Employee of the Month. Chet was nominated based on his commitment to One Team, by always being willing to assist anywhere that he is needed. He also has jumped into his new role as Assistant Project Manager with a complete focus on providing resolutions and top-notch communication.
He will be receiving a $50 gift card and a certificate. Congratulations Chet!!
JOSE RODRIGUEZ & BRIAN BANKS

Jose Rodriguez started his career at Lone Star Communications in September of 2014. He is a part of our Operations department and holds the position of Field Technician.

Brian Banks started his career at Lone Star Communications in December of 2006. He is a part of our Corporate Services and holds the position of Internal Information Security Officer.

JOEL ORELLANA
VOTED HOUSTON JANUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
The Employees of Lone Star Communications Houston have voted Joel Orellana our January 2022 Employee of the Month.
Joel came to Halco in April of 2014 (Halco became part of Lone Star Communications in December of 2015). He previously worked at Direct TV (with Hector Reyes) and came to us from Rooms to Go where he was the office manager. When Joel arrived, he initially worked with Hector Reyes at a hospice project. Then later worked with Rey Chapa.
In 2018 Joel moved from the Walter Tower lead technician to the engineering group under Jamie Selman. He started working with Hector Reyes to learn the estimation craft. Bringing field experience and perspective to this venture was helpful.

THE FUN STUFF
Joel will receive a gift set from behind door #33 in Ron’s office and we will add his name to the plaque in the front lobby alongside the other 2022 Employees of the Month.
Finally, Joel will receive a limited-edition Employee of the Month commemorative custom coin designed by our own Cliff Switzer (images cleaned up by Amy Weisinger).
AGUSTIN GAMBOA
VOTED CENTRAL TEXAS JANUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
Congratulations to Agustin!! Agustin Gamboa continues to show initiative. He has taken over the Georgetown warehouse, making it his own, and does an amazing job at keeping it cleaned and organized.
He goes the extra mile in everything he does, he learned how to use Q360 very quickly and is always looking for more to learn so he can be more productive. He makes sure the technicians have what they need and does his best to ensure they are taken care of and they can head out of the shop ready for the day.
