PAUL SUDDETH
VOTED ARKANSAS OCTOBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Paul Suddeth has been selected by the LSAR team as Employee of the Month for October!
Paul arrived at Lone Star Communications in 2013 and has served with us on two separate stints in the service department currently serving as a Service Technician. He is highly involved in the Fabrication Lab, building, loading, and testing the program before installation. He served in the United States Air Force for 5 years. Paul studied Electrical Engineering at ITT Tech and has experience with HVAC as well. He has helped us out around the office on more than one occasion with our Heat and Air Unit. His hobbies include camping and fishing with his friend group, which has grown quite large over the years. He also enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife and three kids.

1. Paul Suddeth is the only service guy in NLR right now and he is getting it done.
2. He has worked very hard and long hours. I know he is tired but he shows up and gets it done, often with monkey wrenches thrown in for good measure. He still does his rotation as the on-call tech too.
3. Don't know where we would be without the guy. He is always willing to help out a co-worker.
4. I’ve witnessed his passion for finding ways to make sure that our technicians are trained correctly to provide quality service.

LUIS RODRIGUEZ
VOTED GRAND PRAIRIE OCTOBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Luis Rodriquez has been selected by the Grand Prairie team as Employee of the Month for October!
Luis started his career at Lone Star Communications on April 11th, 2022. He is a part of our Operations Department and holds the position of Installer.

Luis has really stepped up in his position as a Lead Tech on both cabling and install efforts. He is always working as One Team with his teammates and looking for new ways to lead them in achieving One Purpose.
Luis is Fairly new and has made huge strides. He has a great attitude and the drive for learning and gets better every day.

H.A. started his career at Lone Star Communications on January 17th, 2022. He is a part of our IT Department and holds the position of Technology Solutions Support Specialist.
